I am a trauma-informed, certified coach with a focus on narcissistic abuse and recovery. Unresolved trauma can impact us in all areas of our lives. Many of my clients come to me for help overcoming trauma and narcissistic abuse in childhood, current or past intimate partner relationships, and toxic workplaces.

We also focus on self-care, inner child healing, developing grey or yellow rock statements, considering no contact with toxic people, addressing the inner critic, self-care practices, and establishing and implementing strong boundaries.

Coaching differs from therapy, in that I can meet you where you are now, help you to identify triggers, and work with you on taking actionable steps to move forward into a healthier, happier, and more peaceful life.

Many of my clients have experienced narcissistic abuse, and/or toxic work environments that have caused them to lose self-esteem and confidence in their talents.
